While The Billy Boils is a reader-first home for Australian bush poetry. It presents verified texts alongside the records needed to understand where each text came from and why it can be reproduced.
What you can expect
Stable poem identities, named copy-text witnesses, diplomatic transcription, explicit rights determinations and clear separation between sourced fact and interpretation.
The first public collection contains ten canonical texts by A. B. Paterson, Henry Lawson and Barcroft Boake. Candidate, held, protected and unverified records are not published.
